In a strategic move to deepen university-enterprise collaboration and broaden student internship and career perspectives, a delegation led by Qin Ying, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Dean of the School of Law, conducted a research visit to CRRC Datong Co., Ltd. on October 20. The delegation engaged in substantive discussions with key executives including Liang Zhenzhong, Deputy Party Secretary and Trade Union Chair of CRRC Datong (an alumnus of Beijing Jiaotong University), along with department heads Zhang Yong (Strategic Investment), Wang Dongmin (Human Resources), and Zhang Yu (Deputy Director of Audit, Risk and Legal Affairs). The symposium was chaired by Wang Dongmin. Participating faculty and students included counselors Yu Bo and Liu Xin, alongside undergraduate and postgraduate student Party members.

During the exchange session, Liang Zhenzhong provided a comprehensive introduction to CRRC Datong Co., Ltd. Sharing insights from his personal career journey and development within the company, he engaged in an in-depth exchange of views with students on talent selection criteria and career planning. He expressed his expectation to deepen university-enterprise collaboration with the School of Law, thereby contributing to the development of a first-class central enterprise governed by the rule of law and fostering joint talent development initiatives. Wang Dongmin, Zhang Yong, Zhang Yu, along with newly recruited employees from the 2025 intake, respectively shared insights on the company's talent selection processes, interview experiences, and job responsibilities.



Qin Ying expressed sincere gratitude to CRRC Datong and provided an overview of the School of Law's development. She engaged in substantive discussions regarding potential collaboration, focusing on the company's talent requirements, the cultivation of graduates' employability, expectations for summer internships and practical training, as well as possible legal literacy programs for company employees.

During the Q&A session, students actively raised questions about legal internship positions, written tests and interviews, as well as development channels. And have in-depth exchanges with the responsible persons of relevant departments.

Before the meeting, the teachers and students also visited the factory history museum of CRRC Datong Company, gaining a deep understanding of the company's development history, construction achievements, industrial culture and innovative spirit. They truly felt the indomitable spirit and innovative attitude of the people of CRRC Datong.


This visit is a concrete measure taken by the Law School to steadily advance the "Enterprise Visit and Position Expansion" special action. The college will further expand the diverse employment channels for law students, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, and facilitate high-quality employment for students.
